We love our attorneys, but hope to not have to use them. T3 Celebrations and all representatives are not liable and or responsible for any damage or injury that may be caused to any person, personal property, or animal during the setup or removal of a yard card display.

Our hope is to make your event more enjoyable and memorable.  We encourage you to notify us of any change in plans that would interfere with the yard card display.  We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your yard card experience. 

Maintenance & Construction

If there are any scheduled projects around the property, i.e. construction crews, landscapers, etc. please coordinate so there is no hinderance to the display of the yard card.  Displays are typically setup the night before the event, and taken down thereafter.  

Who Let the Dog Out?

We all love our animals, but sometimes they get a little too excited over strangers.  While we would love to get to know everyone more, please keep animals in a secured location during the install and take down of the yard card.  

Enjoy The Display

Please do not alter and or rearrange the display. If the yard card is a gift, please notify the recipient so they are aware of the setup.  If for any reason the setup needs to be removed sooner than scheduled, please call us to notify.  

Damaged or Missing Property

We hold ourselves accountable for our services, we expect the same from you. Customers will be responsible and invoiced for damaged or missing property. Just like monkeys jumping on the bed, our signs do not support being jumped on, stepped on, played on, attaching items, etc. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be given due to the client providing the wrong address, the owner requesting us to remove the yard card, denied access to a gated community, or animals that prevent the display from being set up.  Refunds will not be given for situations that prevent us from setting up the display and are out of our control.

Payment

October 26, 2017

Payment is required to reserve your desired date. This may be done through PayPal or through Venmo.  Payment must clear 72 hours before the reservation date.

Cancellation Notice

We understand life gets busy, kids spill chocolate milk all over important documents, weather changes.  T3 Celebrations requires a 72 hour cancellation notice in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is requested within 72 hours you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on availability.

Weather Delays

October 26, 2017

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to deliver any yard cards.  These events may include, but are not limited to, lightning and/or thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, snow and any other act of God that would put us or our yard cards in harm’s way. T3 Celebration will provide the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability
